    We’re looking for a Commercial Manager, Sales, with an established track record of software sales and/or customer success experience to join our team! Positions available in Melbourne, Australia.

    Responsibilities

    DELIVER SALES RESULTS (CLIENT RETENTION) 70%

    • Develop and maintain classification, renewal/sales plans, and minimum activity levels for each client
    • Ensure that day-to-day operational needs/issues are being managed to ensure the health of the client
    • Ensure client retention and growth targets are met in line with pricing guidelines

    COMPLETE SALES REPORTING AND ADMINISTRATION 20%

    • Add and maintain accurate data in the CRM (and other systems), including references, referrals, renewals, sales activity, opportunity management, forecasting and closed won/lost administration
    • Receive handover of closed won projects from Business Managers for delivery and implementation
    • Attend and contribute to internal meetings and events, including client meetings, internal/external professional development activities, and companywide meetings/events
    • Adhere to companywide policies/procedures

    SUPPORT LITMOS APAC IN DELIVERING A COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE 10%

    • Help drive the Learning Seat brand in the Australian and New Zealand marketplace
    • Ensure feedback is collected from prospects as a basis for collaboration with internal/external stakeholders on product development/improvement

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of solutions sales experience in a business to business environment, preferably in digital education and/or Software as a Service (SaaS)
    • Able to deliver sales results in line with pricing guidelines and overall business strategy and budget
    • Able to use MS Office, CRM and other supporting technology/systems to enable efficient sales administration and reporting (e.g. pipeline building, opportunity management, forecasting, and presentation of proposals/service agreements)
    • Demonstrates high level of communication (both written and spoken) and negotiation skills
    • Able to collaborate across functions and engage internal/external stakeholders
