    We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our team in East Melbourne Australia.  The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for the execution of activities and tasks associated with increasing engagement in existing clients – this may include reconfiguration existing clients who use Learning Seat’s Learning Management system (LMS), LearnConnect and any subsequent LMS platforms. The role also will onboard new clients onto the Litmos LMS.

    Responsibilities

    • Onboard new clients onto the Litmos Learning Management System platform.
    • Manage client onboarding progress via Workfront, keeping tasks up to.
    • Must have the ability to close projects within nominated timeframes.
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge (across all Learning Seat LMS platforms), and latest features / functionality
    • Effectively manage and maintain the client experience during the onboarding process (new clients) and consultation process (existing clients). This includes being responsible for managing client expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication.
    • Manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
    • Act as an SME so you can advise clients (internal and external) on the best approach to configure the LMS to best meet their business needs.
    • Create and maintain accurate documentation for Onboarding and/or Consultation Projects for BAU support
    • Assist in creating processes and procedures that will streamline the training and onboarding processes and aim to continually enhance the client experience. This will include documentation required for internal/external clients.
    • Client training/demonstrations, whether face-face or via electronic means for onboarding new clients or engaging existing clients.
    • Ticket Management tracking through Zendesk, keeping tickets up to date and adjusting statues as required. Must have the ability to move tickets to closure.
    • Other duties as requested.
