    To help support our global growth, we are seeking a digital marketing & demand generation specialist. You will be joining an agile, high performing team in our Dublin, California office where you will be responsible for continuing to help us grow our leads, pipeline, and revenue. 

    Responsibilities

    + Help develop and execute strategies to hit lead acquisition and revenue goals
    + Help manage paid marketing campaigns and create demand for all global markets and verticals
    + Proactively research competitor and industry trends
    + Manage content calendars for all global regions 
    + Maintain a data first approach through reporting, continual tracking, optimization, and experimentation to meet / exceed company goals
    + Perform in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization 
    + Ad copy writing and testing
    + Collaborate closely with all global markets, sales development, sales operations, marketing operations, email marketing, product marketing, events and web to align goals and create a cohesive multi-channel approach to marketing.
    + Help maximize ROAS & lower CPR across all demand gen channels including (but not limited to) SEM, programmatic display, paid social media, content syndication, and referral programs.
    + Assume additional responsibilities as necessary for the continued growth and advancement of the program

    Qualifications

    + 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation preferred, including execution, measurement, analysis and reporting across channels, countries and verticals
    + Exemplary communication skills and strong business acumen to understand business strategy, interface and collaborate with internal and external partners
    + Ability to analyze data to find and present actionable insights 
    + Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    + Must have knowledge of mar-tech solutions like: Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and CRM.
    + Supreme excel skills
    + Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for details
    + Positive, collaborative, hands-on, and energetic attitude. An undying need to succeed.
    + An outstanding work ethic, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, and prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time.
    + Bachelor’s degree required
