    We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team at our HQ in Dublin, CA!

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with Sales in providing day-to-day reporting and analysis of opportunity transactions and support data.
    • Validate all opportunity types across the enterprise team. Identify and document process gaps.
    • Align and manage processes and functionality with reporting requirements.
    • Partner with sales to provide insights and analysis to measure sales team performance
    • Manage territory account hierarchy within the CRM.
    • Manage, validate, and ensure accurate user count across the product suite.
    • Support Sales & Controlling teams with various planning and operational tasks.
    • Focus on process and continuous improvement of core projects through automation and process enhancement.
    • Project manage the development of centralized tools that Sales teams can use to extract data/insights for daily business management in an automated manner.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics or Computer Science required.
    • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or similar role.
    • Experience with CRM system, C4C experience preferred.
    • Exposure to ERP systems, NetSuite experience preferred.
    • Experience in statistical modeling preferably in sales or operational role.
    • Experience with end-to-end contract process.
    • Ability to manage and own multiple concurrent projects and processes and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with Sales leaders and manage sales operation projects and processes to scale the business
