    Litmos Learning Platform, a SAP company, is a SaaS based Continuous Learning Suite comprised of Learning Management System (LMS), Content Management System (CMS), Litmos Enterprise Commerce, Litmos Heroes (2,500 Off-The-Shelf Content and Growing), and Coaching. We are disrupting the corporate learning domain by offering a fast, easy to use products that really deliver on the features that people need the most to run successful online learning programs.


    We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales, BDM with an established track record of software sales and/or customer success experience to join our team! Positions available in Melbourne, Australia.



    • Identify your own leads.
    • Attend and generate 5 x M1’s with new prospects each week
    • Achieve one (1) or more proposals per week
    • Generate four (4) plus Service Agreements each month
    • Conduct meetings to gain an in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of each prospect
    • Deliver solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers based on identified needs
    • Negotiate with key stakeholders and decision makers to close the business
    • Ensure new client acquisition targets are met and are in line with pricing guidelines
    • Support national/regional marketing events and campaigns, including attendance at events and follow up of all campaigns


    • Add and maintain accurate data in the CRM (and other systems), including leads, sales activity, opportunity management, forecasting and closed won/lost administration
    • Handover closed won projects for delivery and implementation
    • Attend and contribute to internal meetings and events, including sales meetings, internal/external professional development activities, and companywide meetings/events
    • Adhere to companywide policies/procedures


    • Help drive our brand in the Australian and New Zealand marketplace
    • Ensure feedback is collected from prospects as a basis for collaboration with internal/external stakeholders on product development/improvement
    • Collect information on competitors, including competitor pricing, product development and market trends


    • 5+ years of solutions sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital education and/or Software as a Service (SaaS)
    • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (e.g. Business) is desirable
    • Able to deliver sales results in line with pricing guidelines and overall business strategy and budget
    • Apply value based selling (e.g. SPIN selling methodology) with sales cycles > 3-months and deal sizes > $100K TCV
    • Able to use MS Office, CRM and other supporting technology/systems to enable efficient sales administration and reporting (e.g. pipeline building, opportunity management, forecasting, and presentation of proposals/service agreements)
    • Demonstrates high level of communication (both written and spoken) and negotiation skills
    • Able to collaborate across functions and engage internal/external stakeholders
    • Have knowledge of the digital education and SaaS sector, along with commercial acumen and the ability to learn/adapt rapidly in a high growth industry
