    CallidusCloud is now SAP Sales Cloud, part of the SAP Customer Experience division of SAP. We help sales teams sell faster and perform better, using AI-driven software that transforms your company’s lead-to-cash process. Our full suite of sales process tools includes sales automation, incentive management, Configure Price, Quote (CPQ), coaching and sales enablement.


    As a Principal consultant, one works on a project team to design, configure, and deploy Callidus software solutions for our customers across various industries.  One is responsible for working in all phases of the project’s life cycle to include Analysis, Design, Configure, Test, and Deployment of the solution.  Utilizing business analytical skills and Callidus training, to gather and document business requirements and design best in class solutions for our customers.


    This position can be based in Germany or the UK.


    • Work with the leading-edge products of CallidusCloud  in the development of customer-specific rules to automate the process of variable compensation for sales force members and related sales activities
    • Work closely with customers to gather and document information about current sales organizations and variable compensation practices
    • Analyze and review customer sales structures and those processes and policies related to applying sales credit, reporting/analytics, and then calculating payments
    • Provide recommendations for process improvements where appropriate
    • Delivers Callidus related consulting project activities, ranging from business requirements gathering through final project deployment through medium- to long-term engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills.
    • Support Business Process Operational activities by provide ongoing operational, maintenance, and enhancements to existing production enabled customers on Callidus Incentive Management products.
    • Technical responsibilities include requirements analysis, Callidus-specific compensation plan design, compensation plan implementation and testing, client handoff, and solution deployment.
    • May participate in pre-sales and proposal activities in addition to completing ongoing project team account activities. Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization.
    • Assist in feature development and enhancement for the Callidus products


    • B.S. in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business or similar related degree
    • 7+ years of experience in the Consulting or IT Industries
    • 5+ years of experience with the Callidus Software suite of products
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Effective interpersonal skills (presentation, written, and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of staff levels
    • Strong positive attitude, highly motivated, and a self-starter
    • Ability to work effectively as a team player with internal and external team members
    • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines  in a dynamic, autonomous environment
    • Experience in financial services, computer, pharmaceutical, or telecom industries
