    CallidusCloud is now SAP Sales Cloud, part of the SAP Customer Experience division of SAP. We help sales teams sell faster and perform better, using AI-driven software that transforms your company’s lead-to-cash process. Our full suite of sales process tools includes sales automation, incentive management, Configure Price, Quote (CPQ), coaching and sales enablement. 

     

    We are looking to expand our Partner Enablement capabilities within the CallidusCloud Professional Services function.  As a Partner Enablement leader your job is to take accountability for monitoring project quality and coordinating improvement plans for assigned implementation partners, with an end goal to show measurable business outcomes.  This is a great opportunity for someone to join a function looking to grow rapidly. Candidates must be driven by the success of CallidusCloud along with the success of our large Implementation Partners.  Team members are responsible for working directly with Implementation Partners on both short term and long term objectives as well as direct leadership participation in implementation projects with our Customers.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Build and manage relationships with assigned strategic Implementation Partners
    • Oversee the onboarding and scaling of new and existing partners
    • Review and evaluate technical and project delivery capabilities of assigned partners
    • Work with partners to create and manage on-going enablement plans, helping them to analyze team setup, training needs, as well as participation in specific enablement programs.
    • Manage subcontracting of Architecture services to partners at key points in the implementation life cycle
    • Establish a cadence of regular meetings with assigned partners to review their current portfolio of work, discuss pipeline opportunities, and plan for scale
    • Conduct quarterly business reviews and annual strategic planning sessions with partners and CallidusCloud  executive leadership
    • Assist with developing processes to enable and build partner capabilities across a variety of products and solutions
    • Ensure partner resources are pursuing Certifications on CallidusCloud  solutions
    • Work closely with Alliances, Customer Success, Training and other teams at CallidusCloud  to support the partner program

    Qualifications

    • Previous professional services leadership or partner management leadership experience in SaaS Software or Enterprise Software

    • Demonstrated ability to develop strong partner relationships, manage partner expectations, and implement/deliver exceptional partner engagement programs
    • World class, interpersonal verbal & written communication skills
    • Strong organization skills
    • High standard for solution and process quality
    • Ability to self-manage and independently deliver results
    • Some travel (less than 25%) is expected in this role however additional travel is possible

    Education: 

    • BA or BS degree or equivalent
    • Masters degree preferred
