    To help support our global growth, CallidusCloud is seeking an Senior Business Analyst, Workflow to join our team in Birmingham, AL. 

     

    Responsibilities

    • As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible to provide product and/or workflow consulting services for the implementation of Callidus Insurance solutions for customers.   Key activities include:

    • Meet with clients to understand, collect, and clearly document their requirements.
    • Communicate and lead adherence to best practices.
    • Collaborate with technical team on solution design and integrations.
    • Collect, document and create detail design requirements documents.
    • Provide client guidance on solution components and framework and how it intersects with requirements.
    • Support cross functional communication and product work streams across different implementation groups.
    • Fulfill project responsibilities within project budget while ensuring client satisfaction with overall solution implementation.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business or similar degree.
    • 5+ Years’ experience in a Business Analyst role.
    • 3+ Years’ experience in the Insurance or Healthcare industry.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Visio or other work flow diagramming experience a plus.
    • Experience with workflow business processes and their implementation.
    • Effective interpersonal skills (presentation, written, and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of staff levels.
    • Strong positive attitude, highly motivated, and a self-starter.
    • Ability to work effectively as a team player with internal and external team members.
    • Ability to work in a highly dynamic team and fast-paced environment with continuous changes.
    • Position may require up to 20% travel.
    • Birmingham location strongly preferred.
