    We are seeking an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to join our marketing team. As a Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing, testing and implementing conversion points in the marketing funnel.




    • Manage and optimize key conversion points through multi-variate testing and personalization, including email, landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms

    • A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs

    • Increase conversion rates and drive qualified leads for our sales team

    • Collaborate with channel-specific areas (email, social media, advertising, automation, web, etc.) to optimize each conversion path

    • Document and communicate across the organization best practices for conversion optimization

    • Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate and increase funnel marketing efficiencies

    • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure there is a cohesive creation, execution, and testing/optimization strategy to increase engagement




    • BA/BS or equivalent working experience

    • Knowledge of UX design, wireframing, and usability principles

    • Excellent experience with testing platforms including Optimizely, Adobe Target, Visual Website Optimizer, or similar platforms

    • Advanced experience with research tools including HotJar, Clicktale, CrazyEgg, UserTesting.com, or other similar tools

    • Advanced experience with analytics platforms including such as Omniture, Google Analytics, etc..

    • Proven track record of significant conversion gains from testing and personalization.

    • Good time-management skills

    • Ability to multi-task

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Critical-thinker and problem-solver
