    We are looking for Sales Operations Deal Desk Analysts to join our team in Dublin, CA! This is a contract opportunity for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

    Responsibilities

    The Litmos team is looking for a Sales Operations Deal Desk Analyst that possesses strong attention to detail and a willingness to handle, own and answer user support/training requests. This individual will work closely with the Sales Operations, Sales and Revenue Operations teams to focus on the deal life cycle, continuous process improvement, problem solving and training in order to help the revenue booking process.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Manage the deal life cycle process with the Sales team and be the go-to person for questions involving pricing, product configuration, contract review and order validation
    • Interface with Revenue Operations, Sales and Legal to ensure accuracy of booked sales opportunities
    • Partner with the Revenue Operations and Legal to review or address revenue recognition concerns for non-standard deal structures
    • Participate in training of Sales team on any updates to deal process or tools from Sales Operations, Legal or Finance teams
    • Evaluate current processes and recommend areas of improvement in the sales cycle
    • Assist Sales Operations management with reporting and special projects, including but not limited to weekly reports, dashboards and documentation of business processes
    • Maintain data quality and ownership of CRM and CPQ system including data loading, data migration, data cleansing and related tasks.
    • Assist the Sales Operations team with RFPs, RFQs and RFIs

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus
    • 1+ years of related experience supporting a sales organization, ideally for a technology company in a deal desk, sales operations, contracts, or finance/revenue role
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, ability to create ad-hoc models and analysis, etc.)
    • Experience working with a high number of customers and contracts with the ability to work on many deals simultaneously and multiple concurrent tasks
    • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking aptitude, including working with various audiences ranging from Customers to Account Executives to C-level leadership to quickly reach high level resolutions
    • Working knowledge of SAP or CallidusCloud products, Salesforce.com, and billing systems such as Zuora or NetSuite are highly preferred
