We help sales teams sell faster and perform better, using AI-driven software that transforms your company’s lead-to-cash process. Our full suite of sales process tools includes sales automation, incentive management, Configure Price, Quote (CPQ), coaching and sales enablement.


    CallidusCloud is looking CRM Business Analyst to join our enterprise application team in Dublin, CA. 


    • Collaborate with client businesses, and various operational Regional and Global teams to successfully deploy and integrate SAP Marketing and Sales Clouds solutions in line with business requirements and business excellence guidelines.
    • Work with key stakeholders to influence and drive continuous improvement, continually finding sustainable improvements to functionality and processes.
    • Understand and manage incoming developments/ business requirements, gather/consult on functional requirements and developments on time and to budget.
    • Develop and execute test scripts to test and validate functionality as per functional specifications ensuring appropriate tracking and reporting of defects to the Regional teams and vendors as necessary.
    • Ensure SLO adherence in the respective sub-stream (Regional GLOBE offices and Markets) in regards to incident resolution and provide regular reports to key stakeholders in regards to issues, actions etc.
    • Provide support to analyst and other specialists in the team where required.
    • Openness to learn other platforms CRM/ ERP and Integrations in the related eco-system with CallidusCloud CPQ to support and enhance end to end business processes.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
    • 2+ year(s) experience working with  SAP Sales solutions, specific to SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) or a similar application preferred. Candidate with more experience can also apply and will be considered relevant to their experience.
    • Experience with professional experience in high tech vertical preferred.
    • Must have knowledge of key sales capabilities such as Opportunity Management, Deal Registration, Channel and Partner Enablement, and Account Management, Pipeline Management and Intelligence, Quoting using Callidus or another 3rd party CPQ.
    • Hands on CRM experience to configure CRM solutions.
    • Technical development skills with CRM or SAP Sales Cloud is a plus.
    • Strong ability to gather, understand and translate business requirements into working solutions.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies is highly preferred.
    • Ability to work in a highly dynamic team and fast-paced environment with continuous challenges.
    • Team player, collaborative approach and fast learner.
