    We are seeking New Business Sales Representatives to join our high performance team in Warrington, UK!


    Sales Representatives will grow new business revenue from the acquisition of new client subscriptions to our LMS and Content Library. This individual will actively seek out and engage with prospective leads, build robust pipelines and connect with customers frequently throughout the sales journey. The ideal candidate will be adept in managing multi-channel communications and conversing at all levels.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Primary focus is the generation of new business sales via a multi-channelled approach to the procurement of new business. Sales are driven from being reactive to incoming calls/leads and from proactive prospecting.


    Incoming Calls

    • Answer incoming calls and assist with any sales queries. Re-direct non-sales calls to the appropriate person.

    Qualifying Leads

    • Check leads within our CRM and utilise an array of qualifying criteria to discover if the leads demonstrate a genuine need and opportunity.


    • Use an array of proven strategies or adopt innovative approaches to the self-generation of new leads through effective prospecting.
    • Update the CRM with new customer details.

    Pipeline Management

    • Respond to incoming emails; queries/trial requests/quotes; assign and set tasks in the CRM.
    • Prioritise workloads to ensure the timely follow up on all leads or tasks daily. This is to ensure good pipeline management and the movement of potential customers through the sales cycle.
    • Telephone communication is the first preference, but other mediums of contact will be required.
    • Each initial customer contact will be summarised by a sales cycle control letter, then forward to the customer and updated on the CRM.
    • Tasks involve preparing and sending of our proposal documents. Including selecting and forwarding on any supporting information/documents that may benefit the customer in the decision-making process.

    Direct Sales/Events

    • When required, arrange and visit your customer, this may be an informal meet through to a presentation to all their key stakeholders.
    • May be required to partake in business wide events or marketing activities; some of these may be off site. Events include networking, speaking and demonstrations face to face to a large volume of potential customers.


    • 1+ years of experience selling technology solutions or other relevant experience
    • B2B sales experience desirable, but not essential
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, equivalent relevant experience required
    • Learning Management System (LMS), Enablement Platforms, Content Management Systems (CMS) experience is a plus
    • Track record of success reflected in quota performance
    • Strong prospecting and qualification skills
    • Experience using social media such as LinkedIn for networking
    • Ability to perform your own demos
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
