The Billing Assistant will perform tasks related to the efficient processing of billing transactions in compliance with the company’s guidelines and processes. The position requires keen attention to detail, the ability to focus and complete tasks while being flexible as the workload and projects shift.
• Send invoices electronically, via portals and mail
• Update financial system when invoices are sent
• Update and maintain customer master files with contact information
• Maintain and update special billing instructions for customers
• Electronically scan and file documents in the financial system
• File documents in archives
• Other projects as needed
