    We are seeking a Manager to join our team in Germany.

      

    The ideal candidate is an individual with a clear vision of success and a hunger to overachieve goals. This individual will be a leader that can make calls, analyze performance, innovate processes and coach team members to succeed in an ever-evolving market.

    Responsibilities

    • Mentor and coach team on how to qualify and create sales leads
    • Develop the team to be able to answer customers’ product questions and guide them through their buying cycle
    • Capture key performance indicators and report team and individual performance on a weekly basis
    • Drive innovation in the lead generation and qualification process to continually improve the process
    • Lead from the front by making outbound prospecting calls on a daily basis
    • Experienced at overachieving registration goals for customer conferences
    • Meet and exceed quarterly pipeline goal
    • Understand Litmos solutions strengths, functionality, positioning, and competition
    • Work closely with Sales Leadership and individual Sales Reps to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
    • Create, prioritize, and qualify strategic target account lists within a defined territory
    • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails, strategic appointment setting)
    • Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in target and prospect accounts
    • Display accurate database management

     

    Travel Expectation: up to 50%

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience required
    • 5+ years of experience in business development required, management experience preferred
    • Proven track record of success in generating and qualifying leads in a business-to-business environment
    • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.com and NetSuite is preferred
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up with prospective clients
    • Motivated and driven to meet quarterly pipeline goal
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within all levels of the organization
    • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure proper follow-up
