    We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia!




    • Develop and maintain classification, account plans, renewal/sales plans, and minimum activity levels for each client
    • Ensure successful on-boarding, and that day-to-day operational needs/issues are being managed to ensure the health of the client
    • Gain an in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of each client, including strategic penetration into key stakeholders and decision makers across the whole business
    • Deliver solutions key stakeholders and decision makers based on identified needs
    • Negotiate with key stakeholders and decision makers to close the business
    • Ensure client retention and growth targets are met in line with pricing guidelines
    • Support   national/regional   marketing events and   campaigns, including references/referrals,   support for testimonials/case study development, attendance at events and follow up of all campaigns




    • Add and maintain accurate data in the CRM (and other systems), including references, referrals, renewals, sales activity, opportunity management, forecasting and closed won/lost administration
    • Receive handover of closed won projects from Business Managers for delivery and implementation
    • Attend and contribute to internal meetings and events, including client meetings, internal/external professional development activities, and companywide meetings/events
    • Adhere to companywide policies/procedures




    • Help drive the Learning Seat brand in the Australian and New Zealand marketplace
    • Ensure feedback is collected from prospects as a basis for collaboration with internal/external stakeholders on product development/improvement
    • Collect information on competitors, including competitor pricing, product development and market trends


    • 5+ years of solutions sales experience in a business to business environment, preferably in digital education and/or Software as a Service (SaaS)
    • Tertiary Qualifications in a related discipline (e.g. Business) is desirable
    • Able to deliver sales results in line with pricing guidelines and overall business strategy and budget
    • Apply key account management principles, and value based selling (e.g. SPIN selling methodology) with sales cycles > 3-months and deal sizes > $100k
    • Able to use MS Office, CRM and other supporting technology/systems to enable efficient sales administration and reporting (e.g. pipeline building, opportunity management, forecasting, and presentation of proposals/service agreements)
    • Demonstrates high level of communication (both written and spoken) and negotiation skills
    • Able to collaborate across functions and engage internal/external stakeholders
    • Have knowledge of the digital education and SaaS sector, along with commercial acumen and the ability to learn/adapt rapidly in a high growth industry
