    Senior Manager of Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

    To help support our global growth, we are seeking a senior manager of digital marketing & demand generation. You will be joining an agile high performing team in our Dublin, California office where you will be responsible for continuing to help us grow our leads, pipeline and revenue. You will serve as our dedicated subject matter expert in all things digital.

    This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing, and will work with him to develop a multi-channel / multi-touch approach to meet and surpass all goals that stand in your way.

    • Help lead, manage and create demand for all global markets and verticals
    • Act as the SME for all things digital marketing.
    • Continuously test and optimize landing pages to ensure optimal results.
    • Act as senior digital marketing expert at the company, creating and institutionalizing best-practice processes, and continuously innovating and testing to take the company to new heights
    • Help maximize ROAS across all demand gen channels including (but not limited to) SEM, SEO, programmatic display, paid social media, and referral programs.
    • Collaborate closely with sales development, email marketing, product marketing, events and web to create a cohesive multi-channel approach to marketing.
    • Work hand in hand with sales development and sales operations to align goals.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5-10 years of experience in managing and leading B2B lead generation programs, including execution, measurement, analysis and reporting across channels, countries and verticals
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS
    • Must have advanced knowledge of mar-tech solutions like: Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and CRM.
    • Nice to have mar-tech experience with Bizible, Triblio, Visual Website Optimizer, and Adobe Experience Manager.
    • Supreme excel skills
    • The ability to discover new marketing channels and adjust digital and demand gen efforts on the fly to optimize campaigns when necessary.
    • The ability to look into the data and find ways to continuously improve our demand gen and digital efforts to keep costs low while increasing pipeline and revenue.
    • A great motivator that can push his/her team while coaching them to be better at their role.
    • A keen eye for details and a quick thinker that can problem solve on the fly.
    • Positive, collaborative, hands-on, and energetic attitude. An undying need to succeed.
    • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
