    IT Helpdesk will be responsible for supporting employees located at the corporate headquarters and remote users via telephone support. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide support to various users in the organization. This position will be located at our office in Dublin, CA.  This is 3 months contract role with possibility of extension.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide on-site and remote support for our global employee base.
    • Perform IT related On/Off-boarding tasks.
    • Track and manage hardware and software inventory.
    • Track and manage device warranty repairs.
    • Manage device imaging, configuration, and vulnerability remediation.
    • Triage service request queue and work to resolution.
    • Perform varied and moderately complex administrative support functions.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent problem solving skills.
    • Proficiency with Windows and OS X operating systems.
    • Working knowledge of Active Directory
    • Working knowledge of Cloud service providers like G Suite, Azure.
    • Working knowledge of End Point Management and Backup like inTune, JAMF Pro, Druva.
    • Working knowledge of iOS and Android devices.
    • Meeting solutions like Google Hangouts, Zoom, Skype.
    • Basic knowledge of ITIL principles or other IT practices.
    • Self-starter, team player and good communicator.
