    We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing Litmos team in London! This individual will oversee marketing activities mainly focused on, but not limited to the EMEA region.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Implement and continually improve lead generation activities to provide the sales team with adequate pipeline to hit target sales numbers.
    • Run tactical marketing campaigns to achieve key objectives (regional demand generation and strategic brand awareness activities).
    • Implement and launch email marketing campaigns utilizing marketing automation platforms.
    • Work closely with marketing agencies to implement and launch paid media campaigns on digital channels.
    • Provide local direction on messaging for marketing websites and other collateral.
    • Provide local support for in region events and customer marketing.
    • Provide on-going reporting on success of marketing campaigns.
    • Work with operations team to ensure that all systems are seamlessly integrated to drive a smooth lead to opportunity process.
    • Plan and lead the creation of content for Digital, Social Media, and Webinars.
    • Work closely with Sales, North America Marketing team, Product Management, and other key stakeholders.
    • Track and measure marketing campaigns in order to meet targets for acquisition and management of the sales lead pipeline, focusing on quality over quantity.
    • Work with third-party vendors for localisation and translation needs for the region.

     

    Travel Expectation: up to 25%

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in practical B2B Marketing with proven results.
    • Experience working in a 360-marketing role.
    • Strong coordination skills to work with other members of the marketing team to successfully launch marketing campaigns.
    • Self-driven individual to take the initiative to suggest and implement new ideas that will drive brand awareness and lead flow.
    • Mastery of MS Office, CRM and marketing automation platforms, ROI analysis/campaign measurement tools
    • A keen attention to detail
    • Experience in Social Media deployment and strategies (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube)
    • Experience in marketing platforms (CRM, Marketing Automation, Google Advertising, remarketing, web CMS)
    • Understanding of results driven marketing in a B2B environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and copy writing skills
