    The CallidusCloud Training Operations Analyst role is an entry level position responsible for a variety of areas to support the sales, operations and reporting for our CallidusCloud University. With a positive and highly professional working style, your responsibilities will include:


    Location: Dublin, CA


    • Maintain and manage  course content in our Learning Management System
    • Provision  new customer access to the CallidusCloud University
    • Onboard new customers to guide them through Learning Paths
    • Coordinate preparation activities for Onsite Instructor led Class
    • Gather and provide analysis of student course feedback
    • Manage the CU Live calendar and own monthly customer communication
    • Generate and analyze LMS reports to identify trends and make recommendations
    • Manage the product Certification process and reporting
    • Own problem resolution for our customers

    Ideal candidate will have following skills:

    • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with superb attention to detail
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Customer Service orientation with strong desire to help customers
    • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and activities at the same time without falling behind


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
    • Positive and Professional Customer focused style.
    • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fun and fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
    • Highly dependable and professional.
    • Self-starter that is highly motivated with a strong positive attitude.
