    • Compile, track and prepare accurate reports, graphs and charts that provide insights into channel team performance
    • Prepare accurate and timely analysis on channel forecasts and revenue
    • Support the Channel teams with different planning and operational asks
    • Lead statistical analysis on product performance, team performance, etc.
    • Focus on process and continuous improvement of core projects through automation and process enhancement
    • Project manage the development of centralized tools that the channel teams can use to extract data / insights for daily business management in an automated manner
    • Provide analytics in support of new or enhanced products, including KPIs, goals, and adoption rates
    • Analyze current channel, vertical, and sub-vertical performance and identify levers for driving revenue growth
    • Create, review and process channel related orders
    • Work cross-functionally with teams including Alliances, Product Management/Marketing, Sales Operations, and Legal to support new partner on boarding into our systems.
    • Oversee partner revenue sharing business by working with the Finance Department to oversee sales order submission process (new, add-on, & renewals) as well as invoice reconciliation to ensure accuracy of payments.
    • Support new partner integration launches to ensure sales operational readiness.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.


    • At a minimum, BS degree in Business, Statistics or Computer Science
    • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in sales operations or operational role
    • Experience in statistical modeling preferably in sales or operational role
    • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com)
    • Experience owning and contributing to projects and/or portions of processes.
    • Exposure to ERP systems (preferably NetSuite)
    • Experience with end to end contract process
    • Advance Excel skills
    • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
    • Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets
    • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences
