    We are looking for a Senior Director, Managed Services to join our team in Birmingham, AL, Atlanta Georgia or Remote US to cover our US East Coast region. The Senior Director will lead teams that enable customers to optimize their Lead to Money solutions and drive positive business outcomes. This leader will also engage with key executives for large enterprise customers. If you have outstanding leadership and teamwork skills, combined with the ability to enhance customer adoption/satisfaction, solid industry domain experience, and proven ability to optimize implementation and operational quality, we’d love to have you join our team.  


    • Lead a team of Solution Managers and Architects to deliver on time, on budget consullting projects that achieve customer ROI.
    • Ensure excellent customer service and adoption of the Callidus product suite and services for all our customers.
    • Provide hands-on leadership while tracking solution delivery financials and performance, enhancing project staffing and delivery quality, and ensuring all engagements and operations are optimized.
    • Provide leadership to define customer requirements, solution implementation approach and communicate product/operational enhancements to Product Management/Support or appropriate teams as needed.
    • Lead initiatives with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for solving problems.
    • Develop and enhance best practices that span multiple departments - Tech Support, Biz Ops, Sass Ops, etc.).
    • Assist with sales pursuits and solution definition approach.

    Travel Expectation: 25%-40%


    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
    • 10+ years of Insurance and Healthcare payer industry domain experience
    • 8+ years of demonstrated Professional Services leadership
    • 8+ years of implementing technology solutions
    • Excellent executive relationship and written/verbal communication skills
    • Self-starter able to lead and demonstrate teamwork across the organization
