    We’re looking for Account Managers with an established track record of software sales and customer success experience to join our Learning Seat team located in Melbourne, Australia!


    • Develop & maintain client account plans for each client
    • Gain an in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of each client
    • Communicate relevant products and solutions to your existing client base
    • Follow up on any marketing material that is sent to you clients in a timely manner
    • Renew and upgrade at least 80% of accounts
    • Ensure client issues and needs are being resolved and manage risks to ensure the well-being of your client
    • Continuously update and maintain complete and accurate data in Salesforce, ensuring all activity is recorded accurately and kept live in the CRM system
    • Capture all revenue opportunities within Salesforce and close accordingly with client acceptance details attached
    • Support finance department where necessary to follow up clients with overdue accounts of 60 days or more
    • Attend and contribute to team and organisation meetings as required
    • Effectively and efficiently manage any business expenses incurred in line with company guidelines
    • Provide weekly revenue reporting of client status to management as required

    Travel Expectation: as required for business needs


    • 2+ years of experience selling technology solutions or other relevant experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, equivalent relevant experience required
    • Track record of success reflected in quota performance
    • Strong prospecting and qualification skills
    • Learning Management System (LMS) experience is a big plus
