    Responsibilities

    • Identify new business opportunities
    • Attend conferences and events to identify prospective customers and follow up
    • Conduct cold calling to identify potential leads
    • Research and gather information on potential clients prior to first meetings
    • Gain an in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of each prospect
    • Develop a solution for the prospect based on identified needs
    • Present solution to key stakeholders and decision makers in the business
    • Meet monthly sales targets
    • All presentations and proposals are prepared to the highest quality
    • Conduct a minimum of 6 meetings per week
    • Handover client projects for delivery and implementation
    • Continuously update and maintain complete and accurate data in Salesforce, ensuring all activity is recorded accurately and kept live in the CRM system
    • Capture all revenue opportunities within Salesforce and close accordingly with client acceptance details attached
    • Support finance department where necessary to follow up clients with overdue accounts of 60 days or more
    • Attend and contribute to team and organisation meetings as required
    • Effectively and efficiently manage any business expenses incurred in line with company guidelines
    • Provide weekly revenue reporting of client status to management as required

    Travel Expectation: as required for business needs

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years B2B sales experience, SaaS and LMS experience a plus
    • SPIN selling, or similar, highly regarded
    • Tertiary qualified in a relevant business related field
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
