To help support our global growth, CallidusCloud is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to join our Litmos team in Dublin, CA!


  • Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop and build relationships with existing customers to capture compelling success stories
  • Speak about how customers use products and services, and identify channels where their stories would be valuable
  • Establish and scale a formal customer reference program
  • Assist customers in telling their stories through press releases, case studies, videos, webinars, social media, etc.
  • Articulate customer stories to arm Sales, Marketing and PR with success stories across verticals
  • Identify customers to participate in launches, campaigns, events, etc.
  • Support Marketing and Sales initiatives related to customer acquisition, product launches, corporate campaigns, and installed base marketing activities
  • Manage internal education regarding marquee customers and their stories
  • Create executive marketing programs to foster closer relationships with C and VP level executives within our customer base
  • Establish and execute multi-channel customer review campaigns
  • Oversee customer communication calendar and manage the cadence of customer touchpoints
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to identify campaigns to generate new sales opportunities within existing customer base


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience managing a successful customer marketing program for a B2B technology company
  • Experience with using marketing technology including Salesforce CRM
  • Familiarity with core B2B technology review sites
  • Proven experience developing marketing programs from the ground up with flawless execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a bias towards concise and compelling communication
  • Niche for uncovering and telling stories on how our customers use our products and solutions for substantial business gain
  • SaaS experience preferred
