The Engagement Manager role requires a unique combination of skills including gamification program design and modeling, enterprise customer-facing engagement and presentations, program management as well as program analytics.  The Engagement Manager will become an expert on the CallidusCloud Badgeville Platform features and program design best practices.  This role is required to manage multiple, simultaneous programs and projects for a portfolio of business consisting of Fortune 500 companies.  The Engagement Manager shapes and leads customer programs and projects from concept generation through implementation by leveraging their ability to:

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Design programs that optimize use of the CallidusCloud Badgeville Platform and meet the business objectives of our customers
  • Define and manage project scope and apply a best practice methodology to all implementations
  • Incorporate input from cross-capability and -company stakeholders throughout the program and project lifecycles
  • Play an instrumental role internally and directly with the client throughout these lifecycles. He/she will leverage their deep understanding of best practice processes and client requirements to coach and guide teams through project and program lifecycles
  • Drive projects to launch
  • Act as the Project Manager for customer engagements (coordinating and managing tasks for both internal Callidus teams as well as customer teams)
  • Analyze performance metrics and apply best practice design principles to optimize programs to consistently meet key program performance indicators
  • Enable customers on how to use the CallidusCloud Badgeville Platform by hosting and delivering program design and configuration training sessions

Qualifications

    • Enterprise project management, customer-facing relationship and presentation skills
    • Experience delivering strategic as well as tactical presentations to customers (both business and technical teams)
    • Understanding of UX Design Principles and larger social systems (through a background in social, online communities, gamification, or interaction design)
    • Project Management experience (resources, hours, schedules, deadlines, deliverables)
    • Judgment and the ability to balance PQT (Product, Quality, Timeliness) when designing and executing on solutions
    • Passion and experience for understanding user psychology - including Persona analysis, motivation theory and techniques to influence users interaction within a digital environment.
    • An understanding or ability to learn program tuning techniques for dynamic systems (i.e., points and levels balancing, retention and activity rates, etc.)
    • Experience building UI/UX mockups for customers (using PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc.)
