You will be reporting directly to the VP of Marketing in a highly dynamic team. As a Marketing Operations Manager here at CallidusCloud, you will be responsible for establishing the marketing ops roadmap, configuring and optimizing our reporting, establish new process and improve on old ones,  help develop and enforce SLAs between the marketing groups and sales, and continuously manage and improve our data quality in our CRM. Your goal is to improve the entire demand gen lifecycle from the scoring of leads, to nurturing them, to routing them and finally reporting on the results. This postion will be located in Dublin, CA.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate loves technology and data and has a knack for problem-solving. You are creative in your approach and understand there is more than one way to conquer a mountain.

 

Database Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own the marketing database. This includes working with our SFDC admins to introduce, remove or optimize current custom fields for reporting and list building.
  • Continuously improve dedupe and merge settings to increase the accuracy of our database.
  • Develop a process to continuously cleanse and enrich our database and lists.
  • Analyze and optimize our lead scoring system
  • Assist with developing reports and dashboards for the different marketing functions to help measure campaign effectiveness, pipeline contributions and ROI.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality for all leads, contacts and campaigns.
  • Help identify areas of improvement by analyzing conversion rates and having an opinion on how to improve them

 

Demand Gen Responsibilities:

  • Create campaigns and lists for the demand gen team.
  • Analyze current process and fields in SFDC to help provide suggestions on improving process and ways better ways to segment lists for email campaigns.
  • Become the technical lead for demand generation. This includes developing and deploying nurtures, creating workflows, building landing pages and setting up A/B tests from email to forms.
  • Assist the demand gen manager with analyzing campaigns and their pipeline contributions to help determine what programs to continue with and which ones to cut back on.

 

Process Responsibilities:

  • Continuously collaborate with key stakeholders to identify gaps in processes and systems, and optimize workflows for marketing and sales productivity.
  • Translate marketing use cases into scalable processes that are documented and communicated across the entire team.
  • Project manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure that milestones are met and delivered on time and on budget

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • BA/BS or equivalent in working experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in a marketing operations or similar role.
  • 3+ years of SFDC experience, SFDC certification a huge plus.
  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation tools and integrating those systems with other technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator and a desire to improve processes.
  • Excellent excel skills
