CallidusCloud is seeking a Product Manager, Litmos to join our team in HQ, Dublin. This person will work with our R&D team to develop new product strategies and accelerate product adoption and ensure customer success. The ideal candidate will also be a product evangelist with the ability to clearly discuss and communicate product value and benefits to customers, prospects, and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Define a concrete roadmap for building an industry leading SPM (Coaching) platform that can provide deep insights into the business above and beyond standard.
  • Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritization and corresponding justification.
  • Own and drive feature delivery end-to-end: writing user stories, working with user experience to create prototypes for usability testing, working with development, technical publications, and quality assurance teams to deliver a marketable product on time.
  • Drive product requirements from a customer and user driven approach. Prioritize the features to bring a balance between meeting customer demand and building innovation in the product.
  • Engage with enterprise customers for requirements gathering, feature requests, and roadmap updates.
  • Represent Litmos Coaching as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry, and corporate events
  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition. Create competitive collateral that can be used by sales and marketing to create compelling sales traction.
  • Perform product demos to customers and prospects. Enable pre-sales to develop new demos that they can deliver.
  • Brief and train the sales force, Customer Support and services delivery groups on new products.
  • Developing marketing requirements, product requirements, and feature requirements, and maintaining the product road map for future releases in close collaboration with engineering, operations and business leaders.
  • Monitoring progress of the product through the product development life cycle, identifying risks and opportunities, keeping senior management informed.
  • Supporting product sales through marketing campaigns, webinars, customer focused groups and customer visits.
  • Working with professional services and customer support to drive user adoption.
  • Analyzing and prioritizing the marketplace, customers, and competitors to determine the right functionality to bring to the market.
  • Analyzing the market and transforming the landscape into product innovations and feature requirements.  
  • Maintaining the product road map for future releases in close collaboration with engineering, operations, customers and business leaders.
  • Monitoring progress of the product through the product development life cycle, backlog grooming, sprint planning, identifying risks and opportunities and ability to keep senior management informed of strategy
  • Supporting product sales through marketing campaigns, webinars, customer focused groups and customer visits.
  • Working with professional services and customer support to drive user adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors' degree, MBA and technical disciplines preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 6+ years of product management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and build new industry leading products.
  • Deep understanding of CPQ focus is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming business requirements into a successful product strategy.
  • 3+ years of CRM experience with Quote to Cash focus preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions.
  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Salesforce experience a strong plus.
  • Cloud computing experience is a strong plus.
  • High energy and drive.
  • A passion for building great products.
  • Proven ability to lead a development team.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies like Scrum is a plus.
  • Travel Expectation: 10%.
