CallidusCloud is looking for hands on Senior Business Systems Analyst - ServiceNow to join our enterprise application team in Dublin, CA. This is a key role that will partner across IT and business stake holders to help shape our Customer and employee service needs. An ideal candidate should have demonstrated hands on experience working with ServiceNow and administering Customer and Employee support platform(s).

Responsibilities

  • Lead/Support the planning, design, implementation and delivery of the ServiceNow program along with our implementation partner and IT teams.
  • Collaborate with other IT members and business users to define requirements and perform thorough system and regression testing.
  • Scope, design and deliver technology solutions that optimize and enable our organization on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Act as a liaison between Project Sponsors/Stakeholders and technical team(s).
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business and technical requirements, business rules, concept maps, process maps, user flows, acceptance tests.
  • Resolve issues between stated business requirements and what is technically feasible by identifying issues, evaluate alternative systems solutions and communicate the end result.
  • Administer/Configure the ServiceNow platform to support business needs.
  • Ability to quickly learn and support new applications/platforms.
  • Experience administering ServiceNow platform for Customer Service and IT Service Management.
  • Experience with administering a Customer Support platform with external communities is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) with a major in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience as Business Systems Analyst working with ServiceNow (Customer/ employee digital experience) and integrations with CRM/ ERP Systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules – Customer Service Management, Incident Management and Service Level Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Event Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request, ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB.
  • Ability to quickly understand current environments and use that information to build stable, responsive and secure solutions.
  • Data migration experience preferred.
  • Proficient in service oriented architecture (SOA), messaging, object-oriented programming, API , Rest API , Web Services concepts, AD, SAML.
  • Understanding and experience with Salesforce.com CRM (Sales Cloud) and  Netsuite ERP is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Software development lifecycles.
