The Senior Manager of IT Applications (CRM and Integration) will be accountable for the overall strategy, architecture, design, project delivery and customer success of CRM applications, CallidusCloud’s own Lead to Money Suite and Integration platform. This individual should be a strong innovative leader, with deep understanding of cloud technologies, demonstrated hands on CRM/ Integration experience, release management, and proven ability to lead an enterprise applications team to support global business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and manages relationships with key business leaders to gain a deep understanding of their strategic business priorities, IT service needs and set delivery expectations.
  • Develops key vendor relationships and requirements to ensure product and technical support needs are met in the area of responsibility.
  • Builds and leads a team of technical and business professionals who establish effectively and trusting working relationships with their business and IT partners.
  • Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of cross-functional business processes, IT processes, and IT capabilities to better support business in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Drive business applications roadmap, architecture and support for CRM, Callidus Lead To Money Suite, Integrations and any new solutions that are needed to support business needs and Callidus growth
  • Hands-on approach and actively participates in the definition, development, and maintenance of IT strategic and operational plans that support Callidus mission, values, and business objectives.
  • Participates in and provides input to the development of project schedules and budgets, business cases, architecture, solutions design, development and implementation planning.
  • Mentors and coaches members of the IT team in completion of routine assignments, project work, and skills development.
  • Supports professional growth of direct report employees by providing counseling and opportunities for training and assignments aligned with career path and Callidus business goals.
  • Develops and promotes ideas for the continuous improvement of IT technologies, services, and procedures with IT leadership and the IT team.
  • Ensures compliance with technology policies and regulatory requirements and takes appropriate action to mitigate risks and resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience in the software industry
  • Expertise in Agile software development methodologies
  • 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional technology teams to deliver or support scalable, high performance enterprise solutions
  • 5+ years managing, mentoring, motivating and growing a mature and goal-driven technology team
  • 5+ years of demonstrated hands on experience managing Salesforce application and related eco-system
  • 3+ Year of experience with a cloud integration platform, preferably Boomi or Informatica
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and experience supporting cloud, web and infrastructure solutions
  • Strong knowledge of the technology ecosystem, including Callidus Lead To Money Suite for Sales, Marketing and Finance,
  • Excellent customer engagement and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively across all levels from individual contributors to C-level executives
  • Proven ability to manage escalation and communications with Company-wide impact
