The CPQ Product Modeler works in a customer facing role to support the implementation of our Configure Price Quote solution for CallidusCloud customers.   They apply their knowledge of all facets of our CPQ solution to configure it to meet each customer’s unique needs to generate sales quotes for their customers.  The position can be located at our offices in Dublin, CA, Birmingham, AL, or Atlanta, GA. 

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the documentation of the customer’s solution requirements including their product specifications.
  • Learn and apply your CPQ product knowledge to configure the unique solution that meets the needs for each customer on their implementation project.
  • Establish and ensure a strong alignment between the business requirements/needs and the CPQ solution/services throughout the project.
  • Assist the project team and customer with the design including CPQ performance, usability and usage considerations.
  • Identify and develop process improvements that will facilitate knowledge transfer to others.

Travel Expectation: up to 50%

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – Proficient in English.
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines  in a dynamic, autonomous environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail is a must.
  • Excellent problem identifying and solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic team and fast-paced environment with continuous challenges.
