To help support our global growth, CallidusCloud is seeking an Marketing Manager to join our high performance Marketing team. This position will be located in our London, UK office. 

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Manager, you will be aligned with the EMEA sales team to help create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to accounts to ensure revenue goals are met. Proven experience in various marketing techniques, including events, webinars, digital/online and traditional marketing, is required.  The position reports into the VP of Digital & Demand Generation Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Your focus will be building out an account based marketing (ABM) program for EMEA that focuses in large potential accounts.  Eventually the program may expand to Asia Pacific and Latin America.

You will be responsible for creating, implementing and executing an integrated ABM program targeting a group of large potential customer accounts.  You will work with Sales to select the target accounts with the biggest revenue potential.  Then you will design and execute a program that combines digital marketing, ABM targeted advertisement and content syndication, events, direct mail, email and telesales efforts.

Your mission? To drive demand creation and lead generation by opening doors for sales, enabling Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives to book meetings with qualified prospects, ultimately creating pipeline and driving bookings.

In this role, you will build and maintain ongoing relationships with the regional sales VP’s, sales directors and SDR’s.  You will also initiate constant communication with Sales in order to gain buy-in, understanding and participation in account marketing programs within their accounts on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of a B2B marketing and demand generation experience, preferably with a top technology software /SaaS company
  • Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation, demand generation, and Account-based Marketing (ABM)
  • Strong analytic capability with proven ability to measure and improve performance across the entire sales and marketing process
  • Demonstrated proficiency with multiple formats of demand generation, including, but not limited to email, website, SEM, SEO, Social, direct mail, telemarketing, account based marketing
  • Experience executing lead scoring and nurturing programs
  • Experience with database management functions, including list management, cleansing, de-duplication, data validation, segmentation, tagging, custom report creation and import/export of CRM data
  • Experience with targeting, segmenting and profiling of prospects and customers
  • Experience writing and presenting ROI-driven marketing campaign plans
  • Solid communication skills - both written and oral
  • Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, business or related discipline
  • Working in or with a high technology sales department with an understanding of sales cycles and large deal complexity at the enterprise level.
  • Results driven, strong attention to detail, organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously a MUST
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • CRM (Salesforce.com) and Marketing Automation experience required
  • German language skills are a plus
