As the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in the success of our talent team and delivery of our global talent initiatives.  This role is based at CallidusCloud’s HQ in Dublin, CA and will report directly to the EVP, Chief People Officer.


This is a dynamic position that includes day to day management of the team as well as individual deliverables in the area of full-cycle recruiting (from sourcing to onboarding). We are looking for an individual who wants a multifaceted role and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates will have experience building out and managing recruiting teams in multiple locations (domestic and abroad) in a high growth environment.


  • Own and deliver on the Company’s hiring plan/goals.  
  • Work with managers to understand strategic resource needs and define the best path to quick and successful recruitment and onboarding.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Effectively manage, develop and lead a team of in-house recruiters.  
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of talent to support global talent initiatives.
  • Support organizational initiatives which include diversity and inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Effectively manage all current recruiting tools including Internet search for candidate sourcing, job boards, social media outlets, industry forums, college recruitment, applicant tracking systems, etc.
  • Responsible for managing competing priorities and still ensure all goals are met within deadline.


  • 7+ years of experience recruiting for individual contributor through senior leadership level roles in a fast-paced, high demand environment
  • 5+ years of experience managing top performing recruiters tasked with meeting volume demands and time-critical talent acquisition goals
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying, hiring, managing, developing and retaining professionals at all levels
  • Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical contributors, management and leadership
  • Expert level knowledge of all standard recruiting components from sourcing to onboarding
