As part of the Talent and Recruiting Team you will play a critical role in the future of CallidusCloud. We have some of the most talented and dedicated employees in our industry. Hiring the right talent to further grow this exceptional group is a big responsibility. Within this role you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting (from sourcing to on-boarding). We are looking for an individual who wants a multifaceted role and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Responsibilities

Simply put-- Bring the best talent to CallidusCloud! We hire all over the globe and require you to be resourceful, creative and cutting edge in your ability to seek out and secure the best talent first. Be prepared to leverage networking, in-mails and the latest apps in tech talent sourcing.

 

Trusted advisor: You will be a trusted advisor and consult with the hiring managers on the market, talent strategy and how to identify the right hires for a long and successful career at CallidusCloud.

 

Hands-on: From sourcing to on-boarding you are responsible for the successful fill of the requisition. You will work to document job requirements and define job descriptions. Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting of positions. Pre-screen resumes and applicants for adequate match to the position. Document candidate evaluation and interview process. Ensure application, reference check and background check compliance and negotiate new hire compensation packages.

 

Pro-active: The best recruiters are ready to supply talent at any time. In this role you are responsible for developing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline of qualified candidates at all times.

 

Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience: How you approach each manager and each candidate counts! You are responsible for representing our employer brand with candidates. We serve as valued business partners with the departments we support—ensuring a good hiring manager experience is key to our success.

 

 

Travel Expectations: As required for business needs

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting sales talent within the software and SaaS industry.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong technical skills including experience with an applicant tracking system.
  • Expert level knowledge of all standard recruiting components including but not limited to; sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
