CallidusCloud is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join a high performance Lead Generation Team in Mexico City.

 

As a function of the Sales Development CallidusCloud marketing team, successful candidates will be responsible for delivering CallidusCloud’s message to target accounts in order to generate Sales Qualified Leads and assist their Sales Representative’s to build their pipeline of forecastable opportunities. Working together in a team environment with the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for mapping out target accounts and identifying key decision makers. You will also be responsible for account management of your target accounts.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned lead quota soliciting via phone to decision makers and influencers to cultivate Sales Accepted Leads for the National Accounts sales group
• Follow up on all lead generation efforts, also focused on out-bound cold calling
• Display accurate database management
• Qualify prospects utilizing strong solution knowledge
• Create cohesive team strategy with sales representatives in the assigned territory
• Understand CallidusCloud’s solutions strengths, functionality, positioning, and competition
• Maintain outbound call activity of a minimum of 40+ calls per day
• Independent target account research
• Travel: As required for business needs
• Make a large number of outbound prospecting calls on a daily basis

Qualifications

  • Highly detail oriented (Knowledge of SFA tools like salesforce.com/Netsuite is preferred)
  • Thorough at managing workload and follow up with all prospects
  • Motivated and driven to meet quarterly pipeline goal
  • Able to be agile in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Proven track record of success in generating and qualifying leads in a business-to-business environment
  • Excellent verbal and written skills/an outstanding communicator
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure proper follow-up
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese nice to have
